He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Johansen (Jonathan), Rachel Crawford (Scott) and Lindsey Thompson (Jason); his grandchildren, Drew Johansen, Kira Thompson and Dylan Thompson; his siblings, David Olmon (Carol) and Janice Smoot; and his wife Diane.
