He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Penny Cook; his brother David Goldberg; his grandchildren, Shari Levinsohn (Loren) and Jeff Cook (Jamie); and his great grandchildren, Haylee Saxon (Ben), Cydney, Sophia Cook, Jerry and Marshall Lehman.
