As Franklin Theodore departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Franklin Theodore. Though Franklin Theodore may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his wife Crystal; and his children, Steven (Val), John (Kari), Tim (Shirley) and Lynn Wiggins (Tom). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren; and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oak Knoll Lutheran Church (600 County Road 73, Minnetonka, MN 55303). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
Memorials can be made to Oak Knoll Lutheran Church in memory of Frank.
