He was predeceased by: his wife Rose Mikulay; his siblings, Ceil Misencik, Arnold and Leonard Mikulay; and his daughter-in-law Emmie Mikulay.
He is survived by: his children, Bob (Susan), Mike (Beth), Tom Mikulay (Marnie), Mikki Laurel and Ann Mikulay; his grandchildren, Becky, Kate, Mathew (Jordan), Laura, David (Mackie), Claire and Sam; his great grandchild Penny; and his brothers-in-law, George and Jon Kummet. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
