She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Beardemphl and Richard Kokx; and her sister Margaret "Bunny" Geis. She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her children, Tommy and Margaret; and her siblings, Victor Kokx (Jeanne), Pete Kokx, Lee Ruotsinoja (Don) and Kris Froemming (Dennis).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to ALS Association of Minnesota/ND/SD or Christ for People of Developmental Disabilities.
