Beverly Hazel is survived by: son Gary; daughter-in-law Mary Ammend; brother LeRoy Palm (Marion); and grandchildren, Branden (Jennifer), Ira, Dani, Beth (Will), Greg (Lindsey), Nick (Danielle) and Marti. Beverly Hazel is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
