Ron DeVries Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2025, at the age of 58, Ron DeVries of Hollandale, Minnesota, born in Sussex, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Theunis DeVries; his brother Bill DeVries; his sister-in-law Cindy DeVries; his nephew Jacob Varner; and his father-in-law Raphael Freund.
He is survived by: his wife Rose DeVries; his daughters, Miranda Mullenbach and Amber Salguero-Mullenbach; his son-in-law Luis Salguero; his grandsons, Alfred, Michael and Peter Salguero-Mullenbach; his mother Sylvia DeVries; his mother-in-law Ruth Freund; his siblings, Grace DeVries, Dirk DeVries (Susan), Pete DeVries (Sherry Beckjorden) and Tunis DeVries (Jane); his sister-in-law Denice DeVries; and his nieces and nephews, April, Derik, Hannah DeVries, Sara, Brad, Audrey DeVries, Chrissy Holtberg and Laura Varner.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Hollandale Christian Reformed Church (102 Amsterdam Ave E, Hollandale, MN 56045). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at the Hollandale Cemetery (Minneapolis, MN).
