He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey (Sue) and Joel (Beth); his wife Janice Moore (Calverley); his daughter Julie Shie (Randy); his grandchildren, Dalton (Rachel), Adam, Jake, Mandi, Maddie and Hannah; his great grandchild Elliott; and his siblings, Barbara Block and Roger Moore (Elizabeth).
