He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold DeBoer and Lena DeBoer (Terpstra); his grandson Zachary; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Linda Harmdierks; his sons, Todd (Kristie), Troy and Brad; his grandchildren, Vanessa, Derek and Alyssa; his sister Barb Jensen (Dale); and his siblings-in-law, Joy Amys, Dar Anderson, Julie Bellinger, Virgil Harmdierks (Pat), Gary Harmdierks and Larry Harmdierks (Penny). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
