He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bakewell and Luella Bakewell (Schulte); his brothers, Larry, Ron and Bob; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Howes and Colleen Bakewell.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lange (Kappauf); his children, Kathy Rogich (Eric), Vicki Sanwick (Alan), Lori Pankratz (Andy), Troy Lange (Shannon) and Tammy Twite (Dusty); his grandchildren, Ashley Gald, Ashley Rogich, Nick Rogich (Vanessa), Emily, Caleb Sanwick, Wyatt, Ava, Gabe Pankratz, Reece Lange (Erin), Seth (Heather), Cayley and Luke Twite; his great grandchildren, Alex Henke, Skylee Yang, Phillip, Brianna Rodgers and Ivan Rogich; his siblings, Jan Howes, Ralph Bakewell (Kathy) and Jim Bakewell (Joyce); and his siblings-in-law, Diane Novak (Ted), Kevin Kappauf (Anne) and Brian Kappauf (Ann). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
