He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifford Emmert and Nota Emmert (Shanholtzer); his wife Donna of Somerset; his children, Laura, Steve Ziemer of Alexandria, Jay Emmert and Roxanne Kendle of Houlton; his grandchildren, Courtney Ziemer, Mike Wolfgram, Ramey Thomas, Trenton Ziemer, Jack Emmert and Sophia Emmert; his great grandchildren, Diem and Wrenley Thomas; his siblings, Clifford, Alice Emmert, Nellie Anderson, Larry and Shirley Emmert; his sisters-in-law, Teresa Emmert and Carol VerSteeg; and his brothers, Ivan and Dale. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of memorials to the family, donations to Grant County Ducks Unlimited or the Hoffman Lions Club would be appreciated.
