He is survived by: his stepchildren, Matthew Albert (Stephanie), Benjamin Albert (Tami) and Shelby Lyons (Andy); and his siblings, Eileen Perea (Michael), Virginia "Ginny" Kincaid and Robert Laney (Shelby). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
