He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivar Nord and Hannah Nord (Steen); his sister Joanne Hitterdal; and his son-in-law Dave Corwin. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Hettenbaugh; and his children, Lorelei Corwin, Brenda West-Dusek (Jeff) of Moorhead, MN, Val Jacobson (Gary) and Eric Nord (Suzette). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
