She is survived by: her siblings, Albert Churchill (Barb) of Bloomington, Braton George Churchill (Sandy) of Webster, Clifford Churchill (Donna) of Sandstone and Bernida Humetewa (Howard) of New Mexico; and her children, Nigel Ladd of Hinckley and Stephanie Mattinas of Sioux Falls. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
