She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Peter Wilwert and Lavina Wilwert (Krogstad); her husband Robert Thatcher; and her children, Randy Thatcher, Bobby Thatcher, Robin Thatcher (Deb), Richard Thatcher (Lyn), Ryan Thatcher (Barb), Denise Domeier (Joe), Karen Thatcher (Mark Axtell), Kevin Thatcher and Kimberly Thatcher. She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and loving brothers and sisters.
