She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Chaffee and Verna Chaffee (Cyr); her brothers, Harold and William; and her son-in-law Robert Quaintance.
She is survived by: her husband Art McClaren; and her children, Arthur (Nola), Verna Kay (Pete) and Mary Lou (Sonny). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
