He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Stipe and Helen Stipe (Skoglund); his siblings, Richard Stipe (Dickie) and Shirley Mae Stipe; and his caregivers, Alice VonRueden and Rhonda Kirchmeier.
He is survived by: his caregivers, Desirae Kirchmeier, Gary Kirchmeier III, Jacob Lincoln and Landon Kirchmeier. He is also survived by other friends and relatives.
