It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Wassenaar of Hills, Minnesota, born in Luverne, Minnesota, who passed away on January 13, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, August Schubert and Martha Schubert (Kruse); her former husband Robert Wassenaar; and her brothers, Lee and Gary Schubert.
She is survived by: her son Nick Wassenaar (April); her grandchildren, Hazel of Luverne, MN and Griffin of Luverne, MN; her daughter Jessica Wassenaar (Mark Haugen) of Edina, MN; and her brothers, Randy Schubert (Jeannie) of Shakopee, MN, Gene Schubert (Bonnie) of Lee's Summit, MO and Roger Schubert of Valley Springs, SD. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
