He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas LeBoutillier and Hyla LeBoutillier (Stanforth); and his siblings, Phillip, Joan, Jean and John.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann; and his children, Linda LeBoutillier, Cynthia LeBoutillier (Matt Hagin), Steven LeBoutillier (Gail Nelson LeBoutillier) and Paul LeBoutillier (Sue Orloske LeBoutillier). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

“D Janssen cont. affect our work relationship. He was an excellent leader! He always had an open door policy. Well, one day I went to his office to talk to him about something relevant to the proposed changes and after our conversation.I thanked him for listening to my concerns and said I appreciated it. Then I said, you know I can honestly say you are consistent with everyone. He asked me what I meant. I proceeded to tell him consistently “no.” He thought for a few seconds and a big smile 😊”
