He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Eisfeld and Annetta Eisfeld (VanEck). He is survived by: his wife Mary Brink; his children, Angela Witte (Neil) of Tyler, Leah Hunter (Brady) of Riceville, Mark Eisfeld (Sara) of Fulda and Janet Caven (John) of Cottage Grove, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Madison, Caleb Witte, David, Josiah, Micah Hunter, Priya, Samuel, Anneka, Ellie, Ruby Eisfeld, Luke, Amelia, Anna and Faith Caven; his sister Marie Kloos (Jerry) of Minneota, Minnesota; his niece Jennifer Farysyn; and his nephew Brian Kloos.
Memorials may be given, the family will direct them to a charity that will honor Dwayne.
