He is survived by: his parents, Royal Noe, Sr. (Rita) and Darcey Sommers (Bob); his children, Vanessa Say, Gabriel Say and Angel Zulke; his siblings, Jasmine Kimmons and Michael Storkamp; and his uncle James Winters. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
