He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Graczyk and Delores Graczyk (Bower); his siblings, Tim and Susie Urbanska; and his great grandchild Gillian Graczyk.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Kampa of Elizabeth's Catholic Church; his children, Tony, Alan (Tammy), Kim (Al), Amy Brown (Mike) and Becky Monson (Todd); his siblings, Randy of Puposky, MN., Mike Howard Lake (Karla), MaryJo Reich (Terry) and Tammy Krotzer (Kevin) of Milaca; and his brother-in-law James Urbanska of Royalton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
