He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Waddick and Sophia Waddick; his siblings, Catherine Karnes, Carol Drabczak and Edward "Mike"; and his nephew Brady Waddick.
He is survived by: his spouse Leslie Kinsworthy; his children, Tracy Eakins (Joey) of Buffalo, MN and Troy Kinsworthy (Stephanie) of Red Bluff, CA; his siblings, Cecilia Rathbun (Dan) of Sauk Rapids, MN, Theresa Engler (Mike) of Miami, FL, Bernard Waddick of Balsam Lake, WI and Brian Waddick (Dawn) of McGregor, MN; and his grandchildren, Taylor Eakins, Tyler and Trevor Kinsworthy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and his good friends.
