He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Mix and Lucille Mix. He is survived by: his wife Louise; his children, Kenny and Mallory; his stepdaughter Amanda; his grandchildren, Waylon and Walker; and his stepgrandson Dyllan. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
