He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dorn and Beverly Dorn; his son Douglas; and his sister Wanda Lucius. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Nelson; his son David Dorn (Tosha); his siblings, Lois Smith (Wayne), Barb Krautkremer (Merle), Sandy Schneider (Dennis), Tom Dorn (Lisa) and Jeff Dorn; and his grandchildren, Trevor, Jaden, Gage and Keira. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
