She was predeceased by: her parents, David Washburn and Geraldine Washburn (Damaske); her sons, Nickolas and Christopher Hagen; and her sister Jackie Maynerd.

She is survived by: her husband David; and her sisters, Lisa Houts, Vickie Kimball and Judy Vanlith.
