She was predeceased by: her parents, Isa Mae Bottineau and Francis Bottineau; her husband Henry Blaszak; her son James Bottineau; and her siblings, Alfred Bottineau, Gene Bottineau, William Bottineau, Charlie Bottineau, Josephine Bottineau, Mary Davis, Cora Meachem and Alice Bloomer.
She is survived by: her children, Rosemary Amundson, Connie Sandvik (Bruce), Susan Kallinen (Gary Garza), Louise Hilton (Ed), Janet Hatfield (Tim), Charlene Svoboda (Bill) and Florian Blaszak; her stepdaughter Bernadette Adams; and her brother Stanley Bottineau. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
