He is survived by: his wife Kathy June Newman; his children, Brenda Perry, Sherri Renskers (Shane), Brett Whitlock (Rita), Terri Taggart (Ron), Dawn Fazio (Matt Margenthaler) and Billi Jo Whitlock; his grandchildren, Cassie, Joshua (Amber), Kathi Jo, Brett (Dana), Brittany, Franki, Sammi, Tara, Josie, Kelsey, Riley, Brock and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Bryden, Leon and Alissandra; and his close friend Dave Brandt.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a Celebration of Life for Bill will be scheduled at a future date.
