With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Mae Poirier of Hibbing, Minnesota, born in Keewatin, Minnesota, who passed away on February 15, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandchildren, Curt Ranger (Dawn), Stacy Sutherland and Greg Brumbaugh (Courtney); her siblings, Monica Buzzelli, Lois Lindquist, Vivian Batty, Cliff Tappe, Sharon Kutnz, DeWayne Tappe, Avenel Hall, Vincent Tappe, Elenore Ethridge and Ambrose Tappe; and her sons-in-law, Greg Clark and Barney Ranger.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Poirier, Gonzalez of New Port Richey, Cherylnn Brumbaugh (Harry) of Fairmont, MN, Kay Ranger of Nashwauk and Candace Clark of Minneapolis; her brother Rodney Tappe of Oregon; her granddaughter Misty Lind; her sibling Kamie Clark-Moen; her great grandchildren, Shelbi Schnichels (Matthew), Cody Ranger, Caroline Moen, Jaxon Brumbaugh, Riley, Madison Lind, Tristan and Chloe Sutherland; and her great great grandchildren, Murphy, Jack Schnichels and Adrian Burgos. She is also survived by Nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Memorials are preferred First Lutheran Church of Hibbing.
