It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip David Russell of Hibbing, Minnesota, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on November 23, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russell and Vienna Rinteela; and his wife Kathryn Klappenbach. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Russell (Stephanie Swanson), David Russell (Jamie Russell) and Christina Russell; his grandchildren, Callum and Lily; his great grandchildren, Matthew, Hazel and Vincent (Terri Roeber); and also Patrick Klimek.
