It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrtle I. Asperheim of Hibbing, Minnesota, born in Trego, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 6, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Erickson and Charlotte Erickson (Sylvester); her husband Elwin S. Asperheim; her sister Eleanor Bard; and her foster son Fred Bard.
She is survived by: her children, Eileen Brunette (Larry) of Brooksville, FL, Larry Asperheim (Gail) of Hibbing, MN and Richard Asperheim (Cheryl) of Duluth, MN; her foster daughters, Sharon Bard of Sun Valley, CA and Darlene Price of Lake, MI; her grandchildren, Michael Pero, Mark Pero (Tanya), Tracy Angelo (Tim), Kari Zieske (Ron Farr), Matthew Asperheim and Amanda Ward (Brayden); her great grandchildren, Jordan Zieske, Maggie Zieske, Kamdyn Ward and Teagan Ward; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Samantha Farr, Jon Marie Farr and Gio Angelo.
