He is survived by: his spouse Geraldine Phillips (Gerry); his children, Lisa Perala, Matthew Perala (Samantha) and Theresa Gusenius (Matthew); his grandchildren, Brigette Zentic, Melody Blechinger, Ashley McCarthy, Sarah Nicely, Victor Perala, Gibson Perala, Rebecca Gusenius and Alexander Gusenius; his sister Arlene Creger; and his mother-in-law Lucille Steines.
