She was predeceased by: her parents, David and Hanna Aho (Kallio); her spouse Sulo Kangas; her brothers, Bill, Walter, Ernest and Wayne; and her daughter-in-law Brenda Kangas.
She is survived by: her brother Anderson Orchestra; her children, Glenn Kangas (Debbie) of Hibbing, Gary Kangas (Kathy) of Hibbing, Walter Kangas of Hibbing and Dianne Giroux (Vance) of Hibbing; her grandchildren, Amy Kangas, Nicole Scott, David Kangas, Becky Mayo (Aaron), Michael Kangas, Jake Kangas (Arlene), Jeremy Warren, Eric Warren, Hanna Giroux and Corbin Giroux; and her great grandchildren, Morgan, Conner, Cody, Maggie, David, Jr., Daniel, Joe, Clark, Daphne, Mariah, Tanner, Devin, Rhianna, Laela, Jane, Destiny, Jace and Emberly. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
