He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Cavalier (Janine) and Anna Cavalier (Müller); his wife Janine Marie Tidd; his daughters, Alyssa and Rachel; and his siblings, Dean, Amberly and Danette (David). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
