It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Gordon Leslie of Hermantown, Minnesota, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leslie and Margaret Leslie; and his brother Cameron Leslie (Ruth Jeanne Leslie). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Leedy; his children, Janet Thornton (David) of Hermantown, MN and William Leslie (Catherine) of South Wales, NY; his grandsons, David Thornton (LeeAnn), Jonathan Thornton (Jenny), William Leslie, Paul Thornton (Desiree) and Peter Thornton; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Jared, Grace, Sadie, Layla and Casheon.
