With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Kanuit of Hermantown, Minnesota, born in Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on April 24, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kanuit and Wilma Kanuit; his sister Kate Belcher; and his wife Marge. He is survived by: his former wife Margie Kratt; his son Bob; his daughter-in-law Amy Kanuit of Esko; his daughter Becky; his son-in-law Steve Syck of Wichita Falls, Texas; his grandchildren, Connor Kanuit (Kelsey), Sydney Kanuit (Christian Comstock), Erik Syck and Jillian Syck; and his siblings, Bill Kanuit and Joanie Danzl. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, memorials preferred to the Women's Care Center in Duluth.
