He was predeceased by: his sister Heather Willoughby. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Willoughby (Mattson) of Hermantown; his mother Janice Willoughby (Gibis) of Sioux Falls, SD; his brothers, Vince Willoughby (Sheila) of St. Louis, MO and Brock Willoughby (Alisa) of Sioux Falls, SD; his nieces and nephews, Hunter, Maxwell, Brendan, Alivia, Sam (Shelly), Max, Abby and Andrew; and also, Alex, Ben and Luke. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and friends.
