It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Kanuit of Hermantown, Minnesota, born in Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on April 21, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reinhold Kratt and Ida Kratt; her husband Bob Kanuit; and her brother Roger Kratt. She is survived by: her son Bob; her daughter-in-law Amy Kanuit of Esko; her daughter Becky; her son-in-law Steve Syck of Wichita Falls, Texas; her grandchildren, Connor Kanuit (Kelsey), Sydney Kanuit (Christian Comstock), Erik Syck and Jillian Syck; and her brother Wayne Kratt. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, memorials preferred to the Women's Care Center in Duluth.
