He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Sleen Sr. and Patricia Stengel (Blakely); his brother Jack (John); his wife Patricia Ikola (Patty); his children, Chandler, Jackson (Tirzah) and Ella Rose; and his granddaughter Annelyn. He is also survived by his Nana, parents, siblings, and many other family and friends.
