He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Burud and Tena Burud (Claveau); his wife Barb; his children, Laurie Meagher (Mark) of Proctor, David Burud (Lori) of Atlanta, Georgia and Daniel Burud (Lani) of Proctor; his grandchildren, Michael Meagher, Molly Meagher, Lyndsay Burud (Tyler Schubert) and Meggan Burud (Mason Kraskey); his brother John Burud; and his sister-in-law Doris Degaetano.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jim's honor preferred to Salem Lutheran Church or Solvay Hospice House.
