It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald R Kolenda (Hermantown, Minnesota), born in Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on June 14, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mrynie Kolenda and Victor Kolenda; his wife Nina; his children, David, Ron (Roni), Donna (Marty), Rick (Terry), Robin (Kyle) and Brad (Tonya); his grandchildren, Tara, Sammi, Jesse, Joren, Kaiden, Brydon, Halle and Ellianna; his great grandchildren, Jade and Sonya; and his siblings, Myrna, Shirley, Dennis, Janet, Del, Dale and Debbie.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be preferred to help defray medical expenses.
