He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustav Ruhanen and Eliina Ruhanen (Holmaa); and his wife Beverly (Archambeau). He is survived by: his children, Barbara Schlichting (Daniel) and Steven Ruhanen (Doreen); his grandchildren, Andrew Schlichting (Rachel), Jessica Bridges (Bradley), Tristan, Mariah (Aaron Klatt) and Taitan Ruhanen; and his great grandchild Henry Bridges.
