She is survived by: her husband Mike Wade; her children, Michelle Olson (Chris) of Henning and Paul Wade (Elizabeth) of Apple Valley; her siblings, Steve Jones (Melinda) of Richland Center, Gary Jones (Nancy) of Faribault and Debra Addis (Phil) of LaCrosse, Wisconsin; and her grandchildren, Zach, Lily, Ashley, Kayley, Justin and Ryan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
