She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Guse and Bertha Guse (Jahnke); her husband Clarence "Bud" Spanswick; and her siblings, Emil Guse, Albert Guse, Anna Jenson, Otto Guse, Martha Rabenberg, Herman Guse, Emma Guse, Hedy Neels, Ella Horn and Luella Sturgis.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Thalmann (Rod); her grandsons, Kaleb and Kolby; her sister Alma Stueve; and her sister-in-law Florence Guse. She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
