He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Johnson and Irene Johnson (Bergsten). He is survived by: his children, Kari Campbell of Alexandria, Scott Johnson (Amy) of Henning and Todd Johnson (Melissa) of Navarre, Florida; his grandchildren, Taylor, Brandon, Blaine, Morgan, Cambrie and Liyah; and his siblings, Ruby Reiter of Henning, Wesley Johnson of Henning and Duane Johnson of Dickenson. He is also survived by other relatives and a host of friends.
