He was predeceased by: his mothers, Frances Adamietz and Theresa Adamietz (Kilanowski); his former wife Bernadette LaFond Adamietz; and his brother-in-law David Tepley. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Prescott-Adamietz; his son Matthew Adamietz (Kristina) of Browerville, MN; his stepsons, Jacob Ellenbaum of Moorhead, MN, Luke Ellenbaum (Kelli) of Bismarck, ND, Daniel Ellenbaum (Mandi) of Rochester, MN and Roger Wayne Huelsnitz, Jr. (Camille); his siblings, Richard Adamietz (Dawn) of Motley, MN, Ronald Adamietz (Michelle) of Cushing, MN, Margaret Tepley (Bob) of Motley, MN, Rita Esterl (Tom) of Savage, MN, Janet Shea (Tim), Bonnie Milbrandt (Donn) of Becker, MN and Carol Peterson (Ron) of Savage, MN; and his grandchildren, Jack Adamietz, Ben, Nate, Kalena, Cannon, Emerie, Evie and Quincy Ellenbaum. He is also survived by many other relatives and a host of friends.
