He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. Underhill and Esther C. Underhill (Sandahl); and his siblings, Lorraine Erickson (Jerry) of Fergus Falls, Joan Ahlff of Ottertail, Rita Cichy (Bernal) of Henning and Darrol Underhill of Vining.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Melissa Hoffmann (Paul) of Starbuck, Brent Underhill (Deb) of Battle Lake and Rachel Underhill of Henning. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
