He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis and Darlene (Forsgren); and his brother Keith. He is survived by: his spouse Kellie Streifel; his daughters, Samantha Nelson and Amanda Burner; and his siblings, Brian Nelson (Carol), Greg Nelson (Robyn), Vonnie Bennett (Larry), Bruce Nelson (Kay), Kevin Nelson, Wes Nelson (Michelle), Julie Jones (Lyle), Cindy Davidson and Mindy Sachs (Brad). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
