He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lacek and Frances Lacek (Bukowski); his brother Lee; and his son Richard. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Schroeder; his daughter Becky Odland (Scott); and his siblings, Donald Lacek and Delores Lamonte (Leo). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
