It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loren Christianson (Hendricks, Minnesota), who passed away on October 25, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Christianson and Clara Christianson (Hanson); his children, Peggy, Valerie and Ted; his grandson Jonathan Talbott; and his siblings, Lorraine Christianson, Ethelyn Tollefson (George), Marlys Schmidt (Jim), Kermit (Iola) and Russell.
He is survived by: his grandson Jesse; his wife Gladys Christianson; his son Steve Christianson (Kris) of Lincoln, NE; his daughter-in-law Elizabeth Christianson of Astoria, SD; his daughters, Jane Nelson (Bill) of Burbank, SD, Sue Ensley (Doug) and Lori Talbott of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Amanda Mead (Roger), John Nelson, Tara Neese (Jesse), Rachel Nelson, Kaia Nelson, Tyler Christianson (Amanda), Sara Christianson (Cole), Ian Ensley (Sarah), Bethany Sherrer (Adam) and Amber Johnson (Eric); and his great grandchildren, Ava, Jacob Neese, Theodore Dakota, Skye Christianson, Joseph, Jameson Mead, Isaac, Noah Ensley and Lauren Sherrer.
